A collaborative delegation of Country Liaisons and Sub-Committee members proudly represented EMEUNET at the EULAR National Scientific Societies Workshop in Budapest on 14–15 October 2024. This enthusiastic team, consisting of active CLs and CL Sc members from across Europe, engaged in rich discussions, brought forward the voice of young rheumatologists and shared insights about EMEUNET activities. Their presence reflected the strength of our network and demonstrated the impact of our collaboration with national societies. The EMEUNET Country Liaison (CL) network continues to play a vital role in advancing EMEUNET’s mission through education, research, and outreach. One of the most successful initiatives has been the Country Liaison Topics Webinar Series, organized in collaboration with the EULAR Education Committee. Each webinar is led and moderated by a Country Liaison who proposes the topic and invites national or international speakers. So far, over 10 webinars have been held, covering diverse and relevant subjects, including synovial biopsy, gastrointestinal and cardiac involvement in systemic sclerosis, interstitial lung diseases, neuropsychiatric lupus, inborn errors of immunity, and nutrition in chronic inflammatory diseases.

We warmly invite you to register and attend these upcoming sessions to learn from experts and support your fellow CLs. Previous webinars are available for replay on the EULAR School of Rheumatology platform via esor.eular.org, making it easy to catch up on missed content or revisit favorite sessions.
In the field of research, the CLs are also contributing to the ENTRI (EULAR Network of Trial Centres) project, supporting EULAR’s goal of fostering a Europe-wide network of clinical trial sites. CLs encourage national trial centers and researchers to apply, connecting local expertise with pan-European clinical research opportunities.
A significant highlight of this year is the RheumaVision Project, a brand-new initiative celebrating the creativity of young rheumatologists. Coordinated by the CL Subcommittee, this project began with national video selections and has now reached the semi-final stage, showcasing 12 exceptional short video presentations. The final will occur during the EULAR Congress 2025, where the finalists will present their extended talks in front of a live audience. You can read more about Rheumavision here.
