Highlights from the EMEUNET Session at the National Rheumatology Congress in Türkiye
On 15th November 2025, young rheumatologists convened during the National Rheumatology Congress in Türkiye for a dedicated EMEUNET Introduction Session.
During the session, Tugba Izci Duran, EMEUNET Country Liaison for Türkiye, delivered an engaging presentation on EMEUNET’s organisational structure, ongoing initiatives, educational activities, and opportunities for involvement.
The programme also included contributions from other EMEUNET members:
- Ertugrul Cagri Bolek, who attended in person and shared insights from his experience within EMEUNET
- Mert Oztas and Gizem Ayan, who joined online to present current activities and motivate young colleagues to get involved.
The session concluded with an open invitation to join the EMEUNET community, reaching around 30 early-career rheumatologists and further strengthening EMEUNET’s visibility and engagement in Türkiye.
