Shiomi (Japan) Title: Recent glucocorticoid-sparing strategies lead to better prognosis for ANCA-associated vasculitis: Insights from the multicenter REVEAL cohort study  A real-world multicenter study of 460 AAV patients from the REVEAL cohort found that recent glucocorticoid-sparing strategies, increasingly adopted after 2019, were associated with improved prognosis. Although MPA showed the highest mortality, reduced glucocorticoid exposure correlated with better survival outcomes across all AAV subtypes. |
